Offering multiple virtual options for touring your home will reduce the number of in-person showings.
Virtual Meetings
Consultations and other essential meetings are being held virtually using tools such as Zoom or FaceTime.
Electronic Documents
All listing and contract documents are signed, stored, and delivered electronically.
Release Documents
You have the option to require that all in-person tours sign a release indicating they have no symptoms and no known exposure to the virus.
Limited Access
The number of people entering your home will be limited to decision makers and it is requested that no buyers, sellers, or agents attend inspections or appraisals.

I am providing protection packs that include a mask, gloves, shoe covers, and soap to each tour group!**
